I'm a photographer in San Francisco and I work on
assignment for editorial, corporate and advertising
clients. At the same time pursuing my documentary
projects. Since 1990 I have been photographing the
poor in the United States and abroad. Following
many as they struggle to live with the complexities
of poverty and AIDS.

During 2007-2008 I will be visiting faculty at the
San Francisco Art Institute and leading a course on
documentary photography.
